At The Masala Bazaar, our spice blends and other products are processed with extra love and we feel grateful reaching out our customers through e-commerce platform. We take care while packing and dispatching each and every order.

Still, in case a wrong order has been delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Whatsapp or Facebook and we will initiate the right order.

A Refund is initiated only in case of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received. We will send across a replacement parcel the next day. If a Refund is required and approved, it will be processed in the same manner.

In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will initiate a complete refund within a weeks time.
