 • Shipping Policy:

Our store is located in Virar East. We take 4-10 days to deliver your spice product order depending upon the proximity of your address from our store.

You can pay the order value amount (as calculated and shown in the cart) and we shall dispatch the order. Currently we do not have COD option for delivery.

SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number once order is dispatched. Shipment tracking number and shipping details will be shared. You can track your order on shipment partner’s website.

 • Cancellation Policy:

Incase you want to cancel the product or order, please WhatsApp on 91 9890043675 and send us an email on themasalabazaar14@gmail.com with the Subject – ‘Cancellation + Order Number’ within one hours of your order. Also mention your registered mobile number.

Refund will be deposited in your bank account within 7 working days.
